On"Mayflower 1620. George was orphaned when fire destroyed his home . He was brought up by his brother, Robert Soule of Selter Co. Servant to Edward Winslow (teacher of his children) who had sailed On 'Speedwell' from Delft-Haven to Southampton, probably joined him there. Leaky Speedwell was left behind after attempts from Southampton and Dartmouth, finally left Plymouth in Mayflower. Signed Mayflower compact. Received grant of land, sold to Miles Standish, moved to Duxbury. Presumably this is the GS referred to on the Soule Homestead Education center site
